It depends greatly on the situation. An agreed document or settlement can be completed within one to two months. A contested matter that reaches the family courts in Bangkok may take longer — we'll give you a realistic timeframe once we understand your case. We never rush a matter that needs careful handling.

Yes. Our conversations are protected by legal professional privilege under Thai law, and we maintain strict internal confidentiality standards. Nothing you share with us will be disclosed without your express consent, except where the law requires it.

Both options are available. Many clients prefer an in-person meeting at our quiet office on Charoen Krung Road. Others find a secure video call more convenient — particularly those based outside Bangkok or who prefer the privacy of their own home. We leave the choice entirely with you.

Our services are priced clearly: ฿4,300 for a Family Conversation Session, ฿9,300 for Document and Agreement Support, and ฿16,400 for Full Family Matter Handling. We discuss fees openly before any work begins, and we'll let you know in advance if the scope of your matter may affect the total. Payment terms are agreed in writing.

Yes. We regularly assist with matters touching on parental responsibility, custody arrangements, and child maintenance under Thai family law. We approach these cases with particular care, keeping the wellbeing of children at the centre of any discussion or agreement.
